Sheila oversees the strategic and creative direction of the company. She brings a proven background in successful marketing communications to her position as leader of an award-winning team of graphic design, advertising and marketing professionals.
Among her professional achievements, Sheila was Director of Client Services and Marketing at Applied Graphics Technologies in Foster City. There, she was responsible for the implementation of West Coast On-Site Facilities Management Programs, developing and integrating an optimal workflow for new accounts and providing guidance and training in areas of emerging prepress and printing technologies.
Sheila is a founding Board Member of the DeCarolis Foundation, and has been involved in numerous programs to assist non-profit organizations dedicated to the public good. Foundation work includes the YWCA of Silicon Valley and the Square Peg Foundation, a horsemanship program for children and young adults.
She is an executive participant in the Silicon Valley Women & Girls Leadership Summit, and an active participant in events hosted by the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. She is a member of Women in Consulting, the Direct Marketing Association and the Business Marketing Association.
Sheila holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
