Sheila Hatch

Creative Director & President
Sheila oversees the strategic direction of the company and quality of our creative work. She brings years of experience and proven success to her position as the leader of our award-winning team of savvy advertising, design, and marketing professionals.

Under her guidance, Decca Design has transformed itself into one of San Jose’s most well-respected creative agencies. The agency has a staff of more than 20 full-time employees and an extensive network of established partners and vendors. Today, Decca Design serves a broad variety of business-to-business clients from Fortune 500 companies to promising startups, and several non-profit organizations as well.

Regina Damore

Vice President, Operations
Regina learned the marketing communications business from the ground up. Today, she’s Decca Design’s executive ringleader. She oversees our daily operations, supervises the account management and creative services teams, manages our in-house technology, and develops our workflow processes and agency policies.

Regina participates in the qualification and approval process for applicants for Decca’s philanthropic endeavors. In addition, she plays an active role in several community associations, including the Silicon Valley Women and Girls Summit, the YWCA Luncheon Speaker Series, and San Jose’s South of First Street (SoFA) Committee.

Regina has a BA in advertising from San Jose State University.

Anna Chi

Graphic Designer
Anna made the grade, literally, by working as a teaching assistant at UC Davis where she earned her BA in Design, followed by working her way up from intern at Decca Design to her current position. Her passion for creating visual, innovative and stylistic design solutions shows in every logo, website or collateral piece she’s worked on.

Anna has assisted on and handled design work for startups, non-profits, and a variety of other clients. While studying Visual Communication at UC Davis she was active as an officer in the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) student chapter.

Azi Afifi

Art Director
Azi brings an international pedigree and an award-winning design portfolio to the Decca Design team. She was born in Alabama and raised in Iran, where she earned her degree in Fine Arts from Shiraz University. Her educational credentials didn’t stop there. Azi picked up another bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Art University, and a master’s in product design at San Francisco State.

Her ten years as a professional designer helping organizations succeed have included two exhibitions in fine art and poster design, as well as awards from the Academy of Art.

Deanna Martignetti

Account Manager
While spending her early years at companies such as HP and 3Com before moving to the agency side, Deanna brings many years of project management and client service skills to Decca Design.

At Decca, Deanna has managed an extensive variety of projects in all areas of advertising and marketing–including integrated marketing campaigns, print and online ads, brand development, collateral, promotional and event marketing, web site and multimedia development for various technology companies and medical startups.

Deanna’s expertise also encompasses creating, managing, and measuring results-driven demand-generation campaigns, with focus on delivering qualified sales opportunities.

Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, creative environment—serving as a liaison between the client and creative team—she has a proven record of on-time project completion and superior customer service.

Deanna holds a BA from San Jose State University.

Drea Li

Controller
Drea is the number cruncher and in charge of keeping the lights on at Decca. She brings her 15 years of accounting experience to Decca where she is instrumental in managing the financial operations of the company.

Prior to joining Decca, she was the Controller for a top-rated San Francisco day spa, and also worked as an Office Manager for a corporate real estate investment company.

Drea holds a BS in Management Information Systems and a MBA in Accounting.

Heather Cresap

Account Manager
Heather has more than seventeen years of marketing experience and has worked in a wide range of industries including technology, architecture, interior design, engineering, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, aerospace, and non-profit.

Prior to joining Decca, Heather had the opportunity to develop a broad range of marketing experience. Heather successfully executed marketing efforts such as writing and recording PSAs, trade show and seminar management, database management, developing marketing collateral, and website design. For multiple industries, Heather managed online campaigns, television and radio advertising, website development, and re-branding efforts.

Decca, Heather uses her strength in project management. She works with Decca’s clients to deliver white papers, presentations, playbooks, landing pages, emails, web banners, infographics, website development, print ads, and media campaigns.

Heather also values contributing to the community and has volunteered for a local non-profit for over twenty years.

Heather holds a BA and MA from San Jose State University.

Jeannie Ditter

Senior Account Manager
Jeannie has more than 20 years of marketing communications management experience in high-tech industries.

Before joining Decca Design in 2005, she worked at a range of technology companies in Silicon Valley. At Cisco, she managed international marketing seminars for customers, implementing worldwide rollouts with online resources and localized content. At Hewlett-Packard, she developed sales collateral and trade show exhibits.

At two successful software startups, she managed corporate communications and was responsible for brand identity, website content and design, product launch promotions, sales materials, print production, direct mail offers, press tours, and ad campaigns. She also planned and supervised all trade show activity.

Jeannie holds a BA from Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota.

James Reed

Art Director
James began his design career as an honor student of the New England Institute of Art where he earned a BS in graphic design. His education honors led to a lead designer position for two nationally published magazines. Later, hired by Staples as a senior designer, James focused on package design for hundreds of Staples-brand products and contributed to creative solutions across multiple marketing channels.

As an independent contractor in San Jose, James has worked with companies such as Nvidia and BMC Software. In addition to his prestigious academic credentials, James has received design competition awards from the ADDYS, Summit, VMA, and the HP Poster Competition; and has been published in Step Inside Design Magazine.

John Heck

Production Artist
John brings over 14 years of highly diversified graphic and web design experience to Decca Design. He has worked with a wide range of startups, large corporations and non-profits. A diversity and depth of experience has contributed to his expertise in print and web design as well as product photography.

Before joining Decca, John worked on major gallery installations and web development for the Computer History Museum’s First 2000 Years of Computing, produced large-scale outdoor advertising for The Tech Museum of Innovation’s installation of MythBusters: the Explosive Exhibition, and oversaw the redesign of the national magazine for the U.S. branch of the International Plastic Modelers Society.

John has a BA in art from San Jose State University.

Julie Pang

Graphic Designer
Julie found her passion for branding and designing at a young age. She has spent her time rebranding and designing for a variety of large and small companies. Before joining the Decca Design team, Julie designed websites, document reports, and collateral pieces for the transportation industry.

Julie has designed for Queen Anne Vision Clinic, Sessions Outerwear, BART, SFCASA, and Polycom. She received her BA in Communication and Studio Art from Santa Clara University.

Kathy Dydynski

Account Manager
Kathy has a wide-ranging background in advertising, communications, media, web development, and marketing.

Prior to joining Decca, Kathy was Sr. Manager of Creative Services, Online Marketing at E*TRADE in Menlo Park, where she was responsible for developing and managing creative workflow for the company’s online marketing and the etrade.com website. She managed marketing programs, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams. During her 10 years at E*TRADE, Kathy was involved in developing the logo and brand; creation of direct marketing materials and email campaigns; media negotiation and management; and partner marketing and advertising, which included three Super Bowl commercials.

Other projects Kathy has worked on include trade show booth graphics, online virtual event management, photo shoots, and radio ads. Prior to working on the client side, Kathy worked for CKS Partners as an account manager for Apple, National Semiconductor, Nextel, and McAfee.

Kathy holds a BA from San Jose State University.

Kerrie Inouye

Production Coordinator
The Project Prioritizer, Kerrie schedules the workflow and coordinates the efforts of the art department. She supports the work of the account managers and creative team, coordinating with printers, photographers, consultants and other contractors.

A graduate of the Mission College Graphic Arts Program, Kerrie has a solid graphics background, from technology to medical, to the mysteries of the Egyptian Museum in San Jose. She has created ads for magazines and trade publications, catalogs, trade show graphics, brochures, and other print collateral.

Lynda Kolberg

Senior Account Manager
Lynda has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of marketing. Since joining Decca Design in 2005, she has managed projects for Cisco, Vocera, Experien, and RotaCare Bay Area—among other companies.

Prior to joining Decca, Lynda was the direct mail manager for a specialized group within J. Walter Thompson, where she coordinated direct response and email marketing campaigns for several branches of JWT Worldwide around the country. She was responsible for list research and acquisition, database management, overseeing print/lettershop/mail/email services, and back-end response analysis. Lynda was part of a successful team that received numerous awards from the Florida Direct Marketing Association, where she was a member. Before entering the advertising agency business, Lynda co-owned a successful art gallery in Delray Beach, Florida.

Lynda has worked at trade show booths such as Art Expo in New York and NAHB in Las Vegas, has attended numerous trade shows, and has worked with a team to manage building a virtual trade show booth template for Cisco.

Lynda holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

Matt Theobald

Associate Account Manager
Matt uses his skills in project management, data analytics, research, and reporting at Decca Design to support a number of client relationships and projects. Matt graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Marine Geography, where he developed his eye for detail and analytical skills. He spent a year researching for his thesis at Stanford University, which was awarded nationally. Matt has since acquired a broad range of professional experience in sales, customer service, program and project management, and IT technical support.

Immediately prior to joining Decca, Matt worked at NetApp, a leading data management company, where he was instrumental in supporting their annual technical user conferences in Las Vegas and Berlin. Matt was responsible for multiple aspects of presenter readiness and onsite execution, which allowed him the opportunity to work with Decca as a client.

Maureen Grey

Production Artist
Graphic design meets fine arts. Maureen’s extensive background in both disciplines gives her a unique perspective on the creation of effective marketing and advertising designs for our clients. Maureen has more than 20 years of experience working at various agencies and technology companies.

Prior to joining Decca Design, Maureen was a designer and senior production contractor at Ariago Design, and before that she was a tech designer at Ambrosi. Her contract work includes Intuit, Beeline Group, and Schaub & Co.

Maureen has a BA in Art from UC Santa Cruz, where she studied graphic design and began with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark while they were in their infancy.

May Bojorquez

Senior Account Manager
May is actively involved with managing account services for a wide range of clients, with a focus on technology. As part of a team that helps Cisco accomplish its marketing goals, May has been instrumental in the successful execution of online marketing campaigns. She is experienced in managing print, outdoor, online, and broadcast advertising—most notably for Palm. In addition, May has a solid background in managing the development of trade show materials such as booth graphics, signage, and flash demos for both live and virtual events.

May brings 10-plus years of program management experience with corporate advertising, marketing, and packaging; and more than six years account management expertise in marketing communications and advertising agencies.

Her range of account service includes the coordination of promotions, sales training, launch kits, collateral, trade shows, web content, and online demos. May has also conducted competitive and brand awareness research and focus groups.

May is a graduate of San Jose State University.

Natasha Kramskaya

Art Director
An experienced, creative visionary, Natasha brings with her a wealth of expertise in branding strategy, identity development, print, web, and UI design. We’re excited to have her here at Decca Design.

For the 10 years prior to joining Decca, Natasha operated her own graphic design agency. There, she led the team in creating award-winning designs for clients such as The Nature Conservancy, YouTube, Morgan Stanley, and Restoration Hardware. Now at Decca, Natasha is applying her creativity and visual sense to projects for Cisco, NetApp, Kleinfelder, Oracle, and VMware—among others. She was also instrumental in the design of Decca’s new logo and branding.

Natasha’s work has been recognized in several design publications, including the LogoLounge series, Letterhead + Logo Design, and Graphic Design USA Magazine. She is the recipient of an AFF Silicon Valley Gold ADDY Award for her work on Decca’s logo.

Natasha holds a BFA, Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco; as well as a BA, Architecture from the School of Architecture and Design, Ukraine.

Nicole came to Decca after completing her BS in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University. Prior to attending SFSU, Nicole was in sales for five years at ATT Wireless. During that time, she gained strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. After discovering her proficiency in sales and marketing, she went to work for a small non-profit in a social-media management position.

At Decca, Nicole has become well versed in Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO, retargeting, social-media campaigns, and reporting campaign metrics. She is excellent at pulling teams together; and has proven success in organizing volunteer, team building, internal, and client events for Decca.
